Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
This policy explains how ResellFlow handles personal information when you use our website and resale inventory management service.
1. Who we are
ResellFlow is currently operated as a trading name from 5 Millington Close, CH43 3HA, United Kingdom. Resell Flow Ltd is a planned company name but is not described here as an incorporated company until incorporation has taken place.
Privacy contact: resellflow1@outlook.com.
2. Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address, business name and authentication information.
- Subscription, plan and billing-status information. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by ResellFlow.
- Workspace data entered by users, including customers, collections, inventory, photographs, listings, sales, expenses, payouts, notes and reports.
- Personal information about customers or other people that an account holder chooses to enter into their workspace.
- Technical, security and service-log information generated when operating and protecting the service.
- Support and other communications sent to us.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
- Providing and administering ResellFlow: performance of our contract with you or steps requested before entering a contract.
- Subscriptions and billing records: performance of our contract and applicable legal obligations.
- Security, maintenance and improvement: our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service, balanced against individual rights.
- Support communications: performance of our contract and our legitimate interests in supporting users.
- Legal compliance: compliance with legal obligations and lawful requests.
If optional marketing requiring consent is introduced, consent will be requested separately and may be withdrawn.
4. Information about your customers
Account holders decide what customer information to enter into ResellFlow and are responsible for ensuring their collection and use of that information is lawful and for providing their customers with any privacy information required. ResellFlow processes workspace information to provide the service to the account holder.
5. Service providers and sharing
We use service providers needed to operate ResellFlow. At launch, core providers include Vercel for application hosting/deployment, Supabase for database, authentication and file storage, and Stripe for subscription payment processing. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we rely on an applicable adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards made available by the relevant provider.
7. Retention
We keep account and workspace information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service. After an account ends, information may be retained for a limited period for backup, security, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting or legal requirements before deletion or anonymisation. Records may be kept longer where law requires it.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including authenticated access and tenant-level access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their credentials and devices.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent.
Right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may have the right to object. Contact us using the email above.
10. Automated decision-making
ResellFlow does not currently use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
11. Cookies
ResellFlow may use technologies necessary for authentication, security and operation. If non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies requiring consent are introduced, appropriate information and consent controls will be provided.
12. Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a privacy concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
13. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, bring significant changes to users' attention.
